If you do not want the hassle of ceiling drilling, my standalone egg swings with heavy-duty metal stands are the perfect fix. They are stable, rust-proof, and can be easily moved to follow the shade or the view. ### Why I Choose These Swings I have always believed that a home needs a spot where you can pause. A swing isn't just furniture; it's where you start your day with a coffee or watch the kids play. ### Durability for Our Climate We live in Chennai, and our weather—from the humidity to the monsoons—can be harsh on outdoor furniture. That is why I specifically source high-density polyethylene (HDPE) synthetic rattan and macrame that resists UV damage and rot. Every stand is treated with industrial-grade powder coating to prevent the rust that coastal air usually causes. I am so confident in the build that I provide a 5-year replacement warranty on both the weaving and the frame integrity. ### Making It Work for You - **Space:** I stock both single-seater cocoons for your 'me-time' and double-seater sofa swings for when you want to share a moment. - **Setup:** You do not need to worry about the installation. I handle the hardware, from the suspension springs to the heavy-duty hooks, ensuring everything is secure before I leave. - **Weight Capacity:** My single swings are rated for 120kg, while the double-seater models handle 250kg+, so you can pile on the cushions and relax without a second thought. If you have a specific corner in mind but aren't sure which style fits, just send me a photo of your balcony. I am happy to help you figure out what will work best. ## About Rosemary Habitat I started creating outdoor spaces because I wanted kids to have a little jungle at home. When I am not designing, I am hunting for the most comfortable, weather-proof swings that can handle our Chennai monsoons and summer sun.
